All data, content, feedback, submissions, or communications shared with or collected by us are the exclusive property of Associated Endeavors LLC. We reserve the unrestricted right to store, use, analyze, disclose, sell, or share any and all such information with any third party, without limitation.

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, completeness, reliability, or security of the services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action must be brought exclusively in the courts located in Baltimore County, Maryland.

10. Modifications

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
